Delivery Information
- SAVER FREE courier saver delivery. You order will be sent with a standard parcel courier, usually FedEx. FedEx offer a doorstep delivery so you will need to be ready to move the delivery into your home. Once we have despatched your order you will be notified by the courier of an anticipated delivery day. Your order will usually then all be delivered on this day, but please note this is not a guaranteed service and any delays with courier service are out of our control. You will be provided with tracking you can use to track your delivery and contact the courier in the event of any issues. All furniture delivered on this service will be delivered flat packed.
- PREMIUM Furdeco 2 Man Room of Choice. Your order will be sent with Furdeco using their two man service. We will notify you of the date Furdeco will collect your order from us. Furdeco will then make contact to arrange a convenient delivery day, 24 hours before delivery they will also be able to advise a 3 hour delivery window. On arrival Furdeco will take your delivery to the room of your choice in your home. All furniture delivered on this service will be delivered flat packed.
- ULTIMATE Storage 4 Crafts White Glove Service. Your order will be personally delivered on our own transport from our warehouse in North Devon. On arrival we will deliver your order to the room of choice in your home, unpack all of the parts and remove all of the packaging for reuse or recycling. Your item will then be assembled by a member of our team or a trusted partner, either on the same day or within 48 hours depending on the delivery route. The lead time for this service will be shown at checkout, please note this is subject to change depending on demand in your area. After you place an order for our white glove service we will contact you to ask for further details regarding your delivery requirements and access. We will then contact you once we have finalised a route in your area to advise when to expect your delivery and assembly.
- FedEx Priority. This service is similar to our free saver delivery service but we will prioritise the production of your order and the lead time will be reduced as shown at checkout. You will be provided with tracking you can use to track your delivery and contact the courier in the event of any issues. All furniture delivered on this service will be delivered flat packed.
- EVRI/DPD/ROYAL MAIL. All smaller orders that do not contain furniture will be despatched using one of these services. Tracking where available will be provided (no tracking is available for Royal Mail). For larger orders of storage containers (excluding furniture) we will despatch these using either Parcelforce or FedEx.
OFFSHORE/INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We are able to ship orders to offshore locations, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. The charges for delivery to these areas vary according to the size and weight of the items purchased. We would need to provide a delivery quote for these locations. If you would like a quote please complete the contact us section providing the items you are looking to purchase and your shipping address. We will then be able to provide a shipping quote.
We are also able to ship to most countries within Europe. The charges for delivery to these areas vary according to the size and weight of the items purchased. If you would like an item shipped further afield internationally (to the USA or Australia for instance) then we can arrange this, but the shipping price is often nearly as much as the product price so please consider this if you request a quote
